Wake up!!!

Twice in one day, news stories with the same headline...."riots at soccer games".....no disrespect to those who play soccer, but as far as a spectator sport, soccer has to rate right up there with the weather channel!! As far as I can tell, the riots at soccer games must be set off by a small group of hooligans who miraculously have managed to stay awake during the soccer match, while. The vast majority of the crowd, sound asleep since the 9th minute become agitated when these inconsiderate thugs ruin their slumber by chanting for the teams on the field.as far as a spectator sport, the only thing longer and more boring than a soccer match is this years presidential campaign!!!

Here comes the Super Bowl!!! what a contrast between the Pats and the Giants.Super hunk Tom Brady has seen more super model Hiney than a Paris France airport toilet seat! Then there's super goober Eli manning, identical twin of Gomer Pyles cousin Goober..and speaking of goobers,Giants coach Coughlin always has that look like he just found out he has terminal hemmoroids!!!!!Enough of the commentary, how about a prediction? As it should be in 2008,the team with the best pharmaceuticals will win.A heavy dose of Plaxico will be too much for New England...Giants Win!!!!!

Those people that, throughout history, have tried foretelling the future (Nostradamus, Al Roker, etc.) have given signs of the "end times" (except Al Roker, who just gives signs of weather), and what to look for to know that we're approaching the Big "A". I am beginning to wonder that in those mystical and mythical documents, if there is a notation saying:

Indestructable

I spoke with Cheryl Valentine from Reprise Records today. It looks like Disturbed fans will have to wait until May for the first single from the upcoming CD, "Indestructable". According to Cheryl, it will be more than worth the wait. Each time the band goes in the studio, the goal is to make a better CD than the last. Given the bands tremendous track record this has to be a huge challenge. Well, have they done it again? "Without a doubt", says Valentine. "These guys are f%*&ing rock animals!" The new CD features a much darker side of the band, but is packed full of everything Disturbed fans expect and alot more. Reprise and the band are planning a "huge suprise" to coincide with the CD release. Disturbed will do a few smaller shows in early Spring. Look for a full tour sometime in June.

anyone listening to the twice as much rock morning show knows that I began the N F L conspiracy theory months ago...Patriots getting some big and questionable calls in some close games to keep the undefeated streak alive so that the final reg season game would be on the N F L network( an audience the size of a Dennis Kucinich campaign rally)....growing the audience the number one priority, using this game as bait to get people to switch to Direct T V to see the game.....Congress stepped in,the game was simulcast on N B C and C B S and another conspiracy thwarted by the peeps....remember,when G A speaks,Congress listens!!!!

Breakfast with THE BELLs

Now that was a whole bunch of fun... having breakfast (Boo-Berry's and Key Lime Pie) with HELL'S BELLS. Our winners, treated right; lots of swag flanging round the table at CINKERDAGGER's. "Post-card" snow falling outside, and JAMIE NOVA remarking on how decked-out the place was: "It's like Christmas EXPLODED in here!" Everyone had good good food, great fare, and excellent stories to share. Bill-The-Plummer, and his wife, were further treated to stubbs to the show (and for their 20 kids as well), Some of whom would wind up on-stage singing along. ...Not to mention the other 100+ kids "anyone under the age of High-School" asked to come up during 'You shook me all night long'.

Technical problems arose: A Broken base drum pedal, Jamie’s' ripped pants, Adrian’s' school-girl shirt that wouldn't stay on...

Back in the late 80s and early 90s,I along with my good pal Crash carlon would spend 2 weeks sitting on a Toys For Tots billboard collecting cash and toys for all the girls and boys....in 8 years nearly 400 thousand dollars and warehouses full of brand new toys, all because of your incredible generosity..in the late 90s and I kicked off another 4 year run with the K H T Q 94 and a half hour broadcast marathons, again a huge success.as we complete the first decade of the new millenium,we are overwhelmed by charities, always tugging at our wallets,so many it seems like its never ending...please do not get cynical or jaded, instead pick a charity, one charity, and give what you can.as my dearly departed wonderful mother loved to say.."big hearts equal big smiles" Merry Christmas!!
